Support and care from our hearts to yours
Our staff is dedicated to the highest standards of care and the evolving needs of older adults. We offer a diversity of skills and credentials, including CNAs, LPNs, LVNs and RNs, and work closely with families to ensure the ideal caregiver is selected for the preferences of your loved one.

We make it a priority to listen to the needs of our clients and their families to truly understand their unique needs. During their complimentary evaluation, our team will anticipate potential needs to craft a plan that will support our clients in the best ways possible. Throughout the length of care, we have clinical oversight that oversee the care to make adjustments as needed.

Silver Linings Home Care has a full range of trained professionals, allowing us to support your loved one all of their home care needs. Our team is comprised of registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, home health aides, PCAs and companions.​ We look forward to speaking with you about how our team can offer care.

Tania Spear, MSN, MBA, RN is the owner and administrator of Silver Linings Home Care, LLC. She is a registered nurse and an Elms College graduate with a master of science degree in nursing and health services management and an MBA in healthcare leadership.
