Silver Linings Home Care was born out of a desire to provide quality, compassionate care and to create a workplace that founder and Registered Nurse, Tania Spear, could be proud of. We provide reliable and affordable home care services to clients in both Western Massachusetts and on Cape Cod. Whether you need daily health related attention or are looking for appointment based care — you name it, we do it! Our clinicians work with you and your caregiver to develop and manage a personalized care plan that’s most convenient for you.

Our team provides the best home care services and we cater to the specific needs of each client. We bring high quality care right to your front door so that each client can get better in an environment that is comfortable and familiar to them. Our caregivers are carefully screened and selected for their skill, knowledge, dedication, compassion, demeanor, and professionalism. Registered nurses are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to provide guidance and direction to our staff, if needed.

Our team is here to support you or your loved one in a myriad of ways. Services with Silver Linings include personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, errands, companionship, appointment escort, respite, and RN evaluations.
Care Team
Backed by more than 25 years of nursing and home care experience, we strive to exceed the expectations of our clients while providing a safe environment for our clients to remain home. Our caregivers are carefully screened and trained and provided ongoing support and education.
